Meredith Park is a boutique thoroughbred breeding, pre-training and agistment farm.

  • Owner operated, vendor primarily of farm owned yearlings.

  • Aim to breed, sell and race thoroughbreds that deliver results on the racetrack. 

  • 70% winner to runner ratio of horses offered for sale over last 10 years.

Located in the Southern Highlands, NSW.

  • Only 1.5hrs from Sydney in the Southern Highlands.

  • Close proximity to Berrima and Sutton Forest.

  • Seasonal climate, perfect for growing horses.

  • 5kms off the Hume Hwy providing convenient access north and south, easy access to most major NSW racecourses and stud farms.

  • 150 pasture improved acres, access to consistent water.

  • Located within 3,000 acres of state forest with sand trails for horse education and fitness.

  • Consistent reliable rainfall, over 1,000ml per year (40% more than the Hunter valley).

    Cooler climate more akin to NZ than the Hunter Valley, being kinder to the rearing of quality horses.

    Genuine change of seasons that permit horses to lay strong bone.
